World Bowls has confirmed the qualification process and player timeline for the 2025 World Bowls Series (WBS) Finals.
Qualification Stage (1–13 November)

The top 10 ranked players will receive an official invitation and registration form on 1 November.

Registrations must be submitted by 7 November, 5pm (no exceptions).

If any of the top 10 decline their invitation on or before 7 November, the next best ranked player(s) will be invited. They will have five days from the date of invitation to respond.
Wildcard Invitation Stage (14–21 November)

Rankings will be updated from 9–13 November, taking into account results from the World Cup and the US Open.

Two wildcard invitations will then be offered to the next best ranked players. These invitations and registration forms will be distributed on 14 November.

Registrations must be submitted by 19 November, 5pm (no exceptions).
The final field of 24 players for the WBS Finals will be confirmed no later than 20 November.
